Today is it. We open "The Lion in Winter" at 8pm tonight.
But there is still much work to be done...as I need to be over to the venue as early as 3pm or so, to help movie props and furniture from the practice hall, to the actual theatre. After that we are doing a complete rehearsal of the show before we perform it. I have never done that before, so it should be interesting. Hopefully it will not sap our energy.
Not much to add to that...so I suppose I will be blogging about the day's events this evening when I get home. I will say I personally feel ready to do my part tonight. However it all goes, in regards to quality, attendance and impact, is in the hands of the Divine by and large now.
